Synopsis
Sweet and modest Zhenya receives an unexpected inheritance: a distant relative, unknown to her, has bequeathed her an apartment in a high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. Arriving to inspect this treasure, Zhenya discovers the house is full.
