Synopsis
# Behind the Face The story follows Nadia (Diana Danielle) who wakes up from a coma after being involved in a terrible car accident and subsequently undergoing facial surgery. Nadia becomes increasingly confused when she begins to recognize a man named Fared Hanafi, also known as Red (Hefny Sahad), an investigative journalist who has a girlfriend and colleague named Elisa (Zarina Zainoordin) who went missing on the same day Nadia had her accident.
