When he refuses to work in Iakovos Dimitriou's sock factory, Marina dresses up as a man and takes his place. Her hard work impresses her boss, the womanizer Petros Sofianos, Dimitriou's partner and fiancé to his eldest daughter, Daizy, winning his trust. At the same time, she also wins the sympathy of Dimitriou's youngest daughter, the silly Olga, who wants to get married at any cost. In the end, there are two weddings: Sotiris and Olga, and Petros and Marina (the latter broke off his engagement to Daisy).
